Get Your CDL License
Reinstated – Fast & Easy Process!

*Starting on November 18, 2024, the FMCSA will require State Driver’s Licensing Agencies (SDLAs) to revoke commercial driving privileges from individuals who have a “prohibited” status in the agency’s Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

Following a drug or alcohol violation, the DOT Return to Duty (RTD) procedure helps DISA and DOT-regulated employees return to their safety-sensitive roles. You can begin the process right now with the assistance of our certified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP)!

Our dual partnership was conceived with people like you in mind, and our team is here to assist you every step of the way. The mission is to get you back on the road immediately.

Arcpoint Labs & AACS Counseling have partnered up to help you in 5 EASY steps 👇

An employee who has a verified DOT drug and alcohol violation is required to locate a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional after being barred from performing safety-sensitive duties. To work with the SAP, the employee must connect to their Clearinghouse account and submit a request if they are an FMCSA driver (CDL or CLP).

The return-to-duty procedure can begin as soon as an employee contacts a DOT-qualified SAP. They will be guided through the SAP procedure. Before beginning the procedure, SAP must approve the employee’s request in the Clearinghouse if they are an FMCSA driver (CDL or CLP).

Employees must meet with their SAP for a face-to-face clinical SAP evaluation as the following stage. The SAP gains a better understanding of the violation’s cause thanks to this one-on-one discussion.

The employee will be eligible for a return-to-duty drug test if SAP certifies that they have successfully completed the necessary training and/or treatment.

Before returning to safety-sensitive tasks, the worker must have a negative drug test result and/or an alcohol test with a concentration of less than 0.02.

Our Testimonials

Prior to discovering this program, I genuinely didn't think I would ever be able to drive again. Before I joined up, the staff thoroughly explained each RTD process. Despite my doubts, I made the decision to go with the program. I finished my evaluation the same day, began my treatment the next day, and received my letter of return to duty ten days later. Jeremy and his team have helped me regain the ability to care for my family.

This program is fantastic. Both the accommodations and the personnel are five stars. The employees are quite modest. They gave me a lot of great motivation. They are constantly receptive to criticism and offer their stuff in an outstanding manner. Staff are there to assist or support anyone who needs it. I am really appreciative of all that they do.
